Fashion Choice gift cards are processed just like a credit card in store.
If the total of your purchases is more than the value loaded onto your Fashion Choice gift card, you will need to ask staff to split the payment and process your gift card first and then you will need to pay the balance of the transaction with another credit/debit card or cash.
If the total of your purchases is less than the value loaded onto your Fashion Choice gift card, the balance on your gift card will remain on your card ready for your next purchase.
If you are using your Fashion Choice gift card on www.fashionchoicecard.co.uk to purchase a retailer’s eGift, again it works just like a credit card where you will need to enter the card number, card expiry date and CVC2 number as printed on the back on the card.
You can then add e-gifts to your basket and complete your order. You don’t need to spend your card balance all in one go.
Once your order is completed you will receive your e-gift within 24 hours.
Fashion Choice gift cards can be spent at a number of participating high street stores such as H&M, River Island, New Look, Schuh, Primark and online at www.fashionchoicecard.co.uk to purchase Zalando eGifts. Please note that this list is subject to change at any time.
