Fashion Choice gift cards are activated at the point of sale. If your gift card has not been activated, this often means that the transaction was not processed properly at the time the card was bought.
If your card was bought in store, we advise you or the purchaser to return to the store with the gift card and the receipt so that the store can re-process the transaction to activate the gift card.
If your card was bought online, please contact our Customer Service team with your email, gift card number and order ID so that we can look into this for you.
